I can’t recommend Mary Diaz enough! Her name was passed along to me by a friend who raved about her service, and I wasn’t disappointed. Mary quickly, efficiently and knowledgeably handled the sale of my home in Tucson while I was living across the country. Mary thoughtfully considered the unique needs of my situation and came up with several ways to achieve that. She gave me her professional opinion from the start as to the best way to get my home sold, and gave me several ideas as to how to do that.
After I made the decision on how to proceed, Mary assembled a team of professionals and oversaw the remodeling of my home to prepare it for sale. She was always ready to offer her insight and knowledge of the industry but likewise accepted and supported the decisions I made. In one of the worst possible real estate markets, Mary managed to get my home sold after 2 1/2 weeks on the market. I cannot recommend Mary highly enough. I intercepted her at an open house on a visit to Tucson in 2009. After showing me several properties that met my general description and budget, I picked a property I really liked. She had to get creative as I am an overseas contract worker and returned to work shortly after completing the loan documents. We were able to keep the deal going by Fed-Ex, email and occasional phone calls. She had a solution for every glitch but at the end of the process, 60 days later, it turned out I could not make a cashier’s check over the Internet to complete the closing. Mary came up with the idea that I Fed-ex a check to the escrow company so they could cash it and close using cash. It was the perfect solution and I got my house.
Mary has also been very helpful with suggestion for vendors qualified for making repairs, termite inspection, roofing, etc. I have found all of them to be ethical, punctual, professional and pleasant and all the work has been handled over the phone and Internet. I think the quality of her contacts speaks volumes about her ethics and professional intentions.
